Delete your account

You can delete your PayAny Energy account yourself, at any time, from the website, the Telegram Mini App or the iOS and Android apps. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in and open Account › Security › Delete account.
2. Choose why you are leaving, then read what happens to your data.
3. Confirm with your password or a code sent to your e-mail (an account that only signs in with Telegram confirms in our Telegram bot).

Orders, withdrawals and top-ups still in progress must finish first. Any balance left in the account is forfeited — withdraw it before you delete.

Can't sign in?

Sign in with a code sent to your e-mail instead of the password, or write to us from the e-mail address of the account: support@payany.com

What is erased

Your e-mail address, password, linked Telegram / PayAny / Google / Apple / Facebook sign-ins, saved wallets, auto-rent, API keys and signed-in devices. We send a confirmation e-mail when the account is deleted.

What is kept

Orders, payments, withdrawals and balance records, for as long as the law requires (anti-money-laundering, tax and accounting, disputes). They no longer carry your personal data. The same e-mail can sign up again later as a new, empty account.

Removing app access is not deleting

Removing PayAny Energy from your Google, Apple, Facebook or Telegram settings, or uninstalling the app, does not delete your account. Use the steps above.
