Frequently asked questions

What is TRON energy?

Energy pays for smart-contract execution on TRON. A USDT (TRC20) transfer burns energy; without it the network burns TRX from your wallet instead. Renting energy for the transfer is cheaper than burning TRX.

How much energy does one USDT transfer need?

About 65,000 energy when the recipient already holds USDT, about 131,000 when they do not. That is why the order form asks for the USDT recipient — leave it empty and we assume the recipient already holds USDT.

Which address do I enter?

The wallet that will SEND the USDT — energy is delegated to it. An address that has never been activated cannot receive a delegation.

How do I pay?

Each order gets its own TRON payment address. Pay in TRX (default), or USDT on orders of 5 USDT and above. Do not pay from the wallet that receives the energy, and if you pay from an exchange add the withdrawal fee on top.

What if my payment fails or is late?

Overpayments, expired and failed orders become a credit you can spend on a new order or pay out to an address you choose. We never send money back to the paying address automatically — exchange hot wallets would lose it.

My address is new — can it receive energy?

Only once it is activated. A TRON address becomes active the first time it receives TRX; TRON won't accept a delegation to an address that was never activated. Send it a little TRX from another wallet first — the order card tells you when an address is not activated.

How fast does the energy arrive?

Usually 10–30 seconds after the payment is seen. Every payment — TRX or USDT, any amount — starts the delegation as soon as it is in a block (one confirmation). The delegation transaction is linked on Tronscan from the order page.

I paid too little, too much, or too late.

Within 1 % counts as paid. A partial payment keeps the order open 15 more minutes and the page shows what is still missing. An overpayment of 1 TRX / 1 USDT or more becomes a credit on the order. A payment after the order expired continues the order when it covers the price, otherwise it becomes a credit.

I entered the wrong energy address.

Open the order page and use Change next to the energy address — possible until the delegation starts.

I closed the order page. How do I get back?

Recent orders are listed on the home page of the browser you ordered from. Anywhere else, use Lookup with the order number and the energy address (or e-mail) used on it.

Can the price change after I order?

No. The price — and the USDT rate — is locked on the order when you create it. The quote on the order card refreshes every minute until then.
