The service

We delegate TRON energy or bandwidth to the address you provide for the term you select. Delivery depends on network confirmation; failed deliveries are credited to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as credits that can be applied to new orders or paid out to an address you specify. We do not automatically return funds to the address that paid.
